• Beginner Knitting with Laura Beard

    $75 for 3 weeks (supplies not included), 7-9pm

    Learn the basics of knitting: casting on, knit and purl stitches and basic knit-purl patterns.Learn basic pattern reading and deciphering and how to choose yarn for a pattern.

    Dates:

    • Session I: Wednesdays, May 29, June 5, 12
    • Session II: Wednesdays, July 17, 24, 31
    • Session III: Wednesdays, August 7, 14, 21

    Please Bring to Class:

    • Medium/worsted weight yarn in a light color
    • Non-metal needles appropriately sized for your yarn.

Class Rules — Please Read!

  • Classes are first-paid, first-served, no exceptions. We'll happily take a credit card over the phone.
  • If you find you're unable to take the class for which you've paid, please give us at least a 7-day advance notice for a full refund. After that, we will refund based on whether your space was able to be filled.  Missed individual classes will be neither refunded nor rescheduled, beginning classes included.
  • We'll maintain a waiting list for each class in the event of a cancellation.
  • Class cancellation due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the individual instructor and will be made up.
  • If you do plan to miss a class, please call the shop and let us know so we can alert your instructor.
  • Though you are not required to purchase your supplies from us we sure would appreciate it.
