Classes are first-paid, first-served, no exceptions. We'll happily take a credit card over the phone.
If you find you're unable to take the class for which you've paid, please give us at least a 7-day advance notice for a full refund. After that, we will refund based on whether your space was able to be filled. Missed individual classes will be neither refunded nor rescheduled, beginning classes included.
We'll maintain a waiting list for each class in the event of a cancellation.
Class cancellation due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the individual instructor and will be made up.
If you do plan to miss a class, please call the shop and let us know so we can alert your instructor.
Though you are not required to purchase your supplies from us we sure would appreciate it.
